The Millers?
Hello there! My name is Shelby. I'm a graphic and web designer based in Ellensburg, WA. I received my BFA in design at Central in 2014 and went on to work at a local print shop before starting my own small business.
My priority is providing my community with design, web, and printing services to meet their business and personal needs. I am committed to providing honest and reliable service, every step of the way!
I've named my company after my grandparents; Linda and Jerry Miller. They are unfailingly kind and generous people, without whom I would not be where I am today. My grandfather, who I called Papa, built my first computer for me when I was 10 years old. From then on, I was in love with technology. Papa left us in October of 2021, after a brief but fierce battle with cancer. It is my honor to continue what he instilled in me, through Miller Printing Co.

Miller Co work?
How does it work with Miller Co.? What happens once I make an order? If you place an order through my website, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for uploading any files, or for any next steps. You can also place an order directly through me, or direct messaging on social media.
Often, we will discuss your project before placing an order so I can get a good idea of what you’re looking for. Then I will send you a quote, and once that is accepted, I may ask for partial or full payment.
You will receive at least one proof of your project for your approval; we may go back and forth a few times throughout the proofing and design process. Once you have approved your design, printing will begin (if applicable) and you will receive an email with your final files included.
What is
Miller Co?
Miller Co is a graphic design, web design, and specialty print business. I can design anything, big or small, from a logo to your storefront graphics. I work with Squarespace and Wix to build landing pages, websites, and e-commerce sites. My print products range from address labels to vinyl graphics, as well as custom envelope printing and sticker sheets. I can produce small runs, I offer same-day or next-day production, and I deliver for free within Kittitas County.
Where is
Miller Co?
Technically speaking, Miller Co is a spare bedroom in my home that I currently call “the Craft Room”. But Miller Co. is wherever it needs to be. Design and web services are done online, through email, or over the phone. Consultations, troubleshooting, and advice can be done over the phone, via video call, or in person. Physical products, like same-day envelopes or sticker sheets, are hand delivered for no charge in Kittitas County.

Miller Co. exists as a resource for our community. My mission is to provide fair, affordable, and straightforward design, web, and printing services through education, community involvement, and pro bono efforts.
When is
Miller Co?
Being a mainly online business can be tricky when trying to set a schedule and maintain a work-life balance. That being said, Miller Co is ‘always open’. Anytime you have a question or need a quote, please never hesitate to reach out via email, the website, social media, or phone. My rule of thumb is to respond to messages as quickly as possible but note that I don’t work after 7 PM (generally), so messages received late in the evening will be responded to in the morning.
Case Studies: A Very Personal Portfolio
My close friends and family inspired the work below. I took a look at their favorite hobbies, best companions, and wild business ideas and turned them into case studies. For each project, my goal was to create both digital and physical deliverables that could get a small business off the ground. Each business’s needs differed, from a colorful delivery van to a spic and span first impression on social media, and in person.
